Harrison County Home Incarceration
Harrison County Community Corrections in cooperation from the Harrison County Sheriff supervises offenders sentenced to Home Incarceration by our courts. Home incarceration utilizes GPS location monitoring to assist Home Incarceration Officers in supervising and monitoring defendants in the community. A person placed on home incarceration supervision is confined to his or her residence, linked to an electronic monitoring or GPS system and required to maintain a strict daily activity schedule. Home Incarceration is meant to restrict a person’s activity and to protect the public from any threat the person may pose.
